DELIVERY: Larosanna utilizes FedEx and USPS to ship out all orders unless otherwise requested by the account holder. All purchases once shipped are the property of the purchaser.
SHIPMENT REFUSALS and RESTOCKING CHARGES: In the case that an order is returned to Larosanna due to refusal, no one present to accept it or to pay the C.O.D. amount, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES: Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and 1-20 business days for delivery (depending on shipping address). Customs & import fees may apply to some international orders. The customer is responsible for all customs and/or import fees. DAMAGE TO ITEMS (if applicable): If you haven’t received your order in full or any items in your order are damaged upon arrival, please reach out to Customer Service. Proof of receipt and pictures of the shipping box and contents must be photographed and sent to Customer Service. A shipping claim with documented proof must be filed before any credit or refund is issued for the order.
