Ron Guba Biography
Ron Guba is the lead R&D specialist for the Noshanna Sensitive Skin series and a pioneer in the application of essential oil therapy in Australia. As an active member of the Australian Society of Cosmetic Chemists, he has also served as the chief formulator for the renowned luxury brand AESOP. Over the past thirty years, Ron has conducted in-depth research into the application of aromatherapy in clinical practice, committed to using essential oils as special medicinal herbs for healing both body and mind. His work has gained international recognition, with numerous research articles published and teaching assignments worldwide on the principles of aromatherapy and natural cosmetics. In 1988, after receiving a professional diploma in Phytotherapy and Aromatherapy in France, Ron founded Essential Therapeutics, a company focused on developing therapeutic-grade essential oils. His research has not only enhanced his expertise in developing natural, organic, and effective products but also made him the chief formulator at CLA, specializing in developing and manufacturing naturally effective personal care products and promoting the education and training of aromatherapy through the establishment of an Aromatherapy Center.

CLA's production facilities are built to GMP Cosmetic ISO 22716 standards, covering the entire process from research and development to production, ensuring strict quality control of products.
